About
Gymnastic 2 Fitness
Gymnastic is a sport involving the performance of sequences of movements requiring physical strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and kinesthetic awareness, such as handsprings, handstands, split leaps, aerials and cartwheels. It developed from beauty practices and fitness used by the ancient Greeks, including skills for mounting and dismounting a horse, and circus performance skills. In ancient times the term implied exercise taken in the nude by men in a gymnasium, a venue for intellectual and physical education.
Fitness is the result of regular exercise, proper diet and nutrition, and proper rest for physical recovery within the parameters allowed by the genome.

Good examples of some abdominal exercises. The guy in the video is a good example of how these exercises will build ab muscle and core strength, but those abs won’t be much more visible than initially unless a person also has a good diet and is able to reduce body fat. Get down to about 10% body fat and the abs you work so hard to get really shine.
